- 1 thinly sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/3 cup coconut vinegar
- 5-7 drops liquid stevia
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Place sliced cucumber in a medium size bowl.
- In a small bowl combine dill, vinegar, stevia and salt.
- Pour vinegar mixture over cucumber stirring to fully coat.
- Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes or longer before serving.
