- 1/2 cup softened coconut oil
- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup raw cocao
- 1/2 cup unpasteurized honey
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- In a food processor or blender grind the pumpkin seeds until they resemble the shredded coconut or smaller.
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl and stir together.
- Roll into balls and place in a sealed container in the fridge.
- Let set for 2 hours and keep refrigerated.
